 FoFe GOALS:

Safety: for the performers, audience and crew by identifying known risks and take actions to reduce them as well as endeavor to identify unknown risks and take action to reduce them. Maintain Standards and safe Practices through qualified persoNnel and education.

Artistic: fulfill the Producer and Directors needs for the look of the show and acts/effects included.

Budget: work within the budget available for short and long term needs as it regards to Equipment, Personnel, and Artistic choices.
